Management System
When a company, or a group of companies, expand, both in size and different legal entities, domestic and international, the need of efficient management of the Group is one of the most important challenges. Due to the expansion, the interaction between the basic resources of FoodTankers, human and technical, becomes vital to describe, manage and control.
The FoodTankers Group has developed a unique Management System to be able to manage and control the performance of the Group. The Management System makes those basic resources work together in a secure and efficient way, to create Customer Benefit. The System is integrated both vertically and horizontally, meaning that there is a logical flow from vision to any routine description and also that all different parts of the system fits together. The bulk part of the System is also certificated by a third party, which means that the System is reviewed and audited both by external expertise as well as by internal audits.
The Management System is firstly to support and guide the employee's of the Group. Secondly, the system is developed for the customers, or other interested parties, of the Group. The information in the Management System will show what expectations we like to fulfil, and what can be expected of us.
