Liquid transport specialist Food Tankers AB is now a member of Imperial Logistics International GmbH group of companies.
Imperial Logistics International GmbH has acquired 51 percent of the shares in the company from Forbus AB. Forbus AB, situated on Öland, has been the owner of the company for nearly 20 years.
Rolf Nilsson, owner of Forbus, will remain as member of the board in Food Tankers and Tomas Petterson will remain in his position as CEO.
Food Tankers headquartered in Karlshamn and with own offices in Poland , Hungary and the Netherlands is a successful and dynamic company operating in the highly specialised market segment of liquid food transportation.
The company has its own fleet of 130 tanker trucks , equipped in accordance with the latest quality standards , in operation all over Europe.
Moreover , the company has its own on-site cleaning station which has been built in accordance with latest technological standards and conforms with stringent environmental regulations..
Food Tankers expects having secured an accelerating and continuous growth of its market share within its specialised segment in being a member of this international group of companies.
