What's Stainless Reflections?
Stainless Reflections is the company culture of FoodTankers, written in words as etched in stainless steel. In every company a culture develops, even if it's never written down. In a world that is changing more rapidly, we felt a need of evaluating our company culture. Every person in the organisation has been directly or indirectly involved in the project. This means that Stainless Reflections has been built from bottom to top of the organisation, which we think is the most efficient way to implement real changes of the organisation.
The result of their effort is called Stainless Reflections and hopefully these reflections will last for a long time, just as stainless steel. Stainless Reflections deals with our relations to people both inside and outside our company, but also our relations to environment, development and resources.
The Stainless Reflections forms a fence to visualise the ballpark to play on. Inside the fence there is a lot of space for individual initiatives. Since the company culture is written in a document it helps us to make decisions and to conduct the right way - if it's the Stainless Reflections way it's the FoodTankers way.
